MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND POLICIES

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIPS

GROUP FITNESS AND CASUAL 24/7 GYM

Group Fitness and casual 24/7 Gym memberships can be cancelled with 14 days notice. This request can be managed through your mvnt hub gym app or alternatively directed to our administrative team mvnthub@gmail.com

24/7 GYM MEMBERSHIPS

- CASUALMEMBERSHIPS, can be cancelled at anytime.  Please allow 48 hours after submitting a written cancellation request to admin mvnthub@gmail.com for processing.

- LOCK-IN CONTRACT MEMBERSHIPS, Members are to honour the the terms outlined in their contract.

Note: Group Fitness and 24/7 Gym Memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months and cannot be cancelled within the first six months of enrollment.

MEDICAL AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP

If you are experiencing medical or financial difficulties, please reach out to our admin team via written request to mvnthub@gmail.com to discuss options for pausing your membership during this period.

PACKAGES

Upfront packages are available as discounted options for those who prefer to pay in full, avoiding direct debit arrangements.  Please be aware these packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CLASSES

CHILDREN AND CLASSES

We are a family friendly gym and welcome parents with children to our classes.  However, we ask that parents ensure the safety of their children at all times, encouraging them to stay seated and refrain from running around during classes and climbing on equipment for safety reasons.

CHILDREN IN 24/7 GYM

Children are allowed in the Gym, however they must be supervised to ensure their safety.  We reccomend that children remain seated in a quiet area or close to you where they can be easily monitored and strictly avoid them using gym equipment.

FAQ

DO I NEED TO BOOK INTO CLASSES?

Yes, it is a requirement to book into every class you attend via our mvnt hub gym app, due to class numbers, trainer program considerations and insurance purposes.

​

IS MY PARTNER INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, your significant other is included in all packages and memberships.  Please note you are required to contact admin mvnthub@gmail.com to add/link your partners name to your account.  It is a privilege to have this option and we hope you, as members do not take advantage of this and are truthful about relationship status.
