Group Fitness Classes

Join our dynamic training floor and experience a wide range of group fitness classes led by certified instructors. Our Qualified trainers have years of experience in planning and executing freestyle classes.  Every class is unique and you will never do the same session twice. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to strength and boxing classes, there's something for everyone. Our versatile training programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, workout styles and preferences.  Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment for everyone.

Express & Beginners - 30 minutes
